PROGRAM ANALYST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing process improvement tools, analytical and evaluative methods and techniques concerning the efficiency, effectiveness and productivity of an organization; 2) Analyzing and interpreting workload data from a database or information system; 3) Performing professional research and analysis as an individual or team member to develop manpower requirement forecasts; 4) Applying research methodology, complex fact-finding, analytical and problem solving methods, and techniques to lead an interdisciplinary team; 5) Demonstrating expertise with Microsoft Excel or other automated tools by performing analytics, maintaining data, and presenting information.
