RIGGER SUPERVISOR II
You will serve as a RIGGER SUPERVISOR II in the RIGGING AND EQUIPMENT OPERATIONS DIVISION of the LIFTING AND HANDLING DEPARTMENT of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.
- You will serve as a second level supervisor over the Rigging branch comprised of supervisors, leaders and workers involved in nuclear and non-nuclear rigging operations.
- You will analyze present and future work schedules, determine the manpower, material, equipment, training, methods and other requirements needed to perform the work.
- You will determine work requirements by setting deadlines, sequence of operations, and standards of quality and quantity.
- You will be responsible for a wide range of personnel management matters such as developing DPMAP standards and rating lower level supervisors and employees.
