Lead Operator - Rotary Die Cut & Folder-Gluer
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Rotary Die Cutting & Folder-Gluer Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of direct experience operating Corrugated Rotary Die Cutting & Folder-Gluer Machinery.
- Operate Rotary Die Cutting and Folder-Gluer machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers to ensure product accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any operational issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to inspect finished products and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Set up tooling for various production runs, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Work effectively in a factory or warehouse environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
Requirements
- Proficient in operating Rotary Die Cutting and Folder-Gluer machines (5 Years Experience).
- Strong knowledge of precision measuring instruments, including micrometers and calipers.
- Familiarity with quality control processes and standards in manufacturing settings.
