Location: Albuquerque, NM
Schedule: Full-Time | M-F Hours may Vary | Travel Required
Pay Rate: $38.81-$46.47

Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2) or Contract (1099)

Tresco seeks a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to support infants and children with developmental delays or disabilities through individualized, meaningful interventions. Make a difference—one milestone at a time!


 About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist, you will design and implement personalized service programs that promote motor development, independence, and improved quality of life. You’ll work closely with families, interdisciplinary teams, and the community to support early childhood growth and development.


 Key Responsibilities Include:

Conduct comprehensive assessment of motor development for infants and toddlers

Develop and implement individualized motor development goals

Deliver center-based and home-based service sessions

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members to support holistic care

Create the Plan of Care for Physical Therapy Assistant staff as needed

Participate in Individualized Family Service Plans and transition in public education 

Provide outreach, training, and resources to local communities as needed

Follow all documentation, billing, and compliance guidelines

Promote a supportive and inclusive environment for children and families


Qualifications:

Education: Masters degree in Physical Therapy

Licensure: Must be licensed by the NM Board of Physical Therapy

Experience: Interest in empowering Parents of infants and toddlers for motor development

Driving: Valid driver's license and willingness to travel statewide


Required Background Checks & Clearances:

MVR (Driving Record)

NMDOH Fingerprinting

General Background Check
